I got my motor out everyone!!! It was my first turbo engine removal, basically the same as a regular motor after the pipes and turbo are removed. The hardest part I has was that damn aftermarket oil cooler. Lines wouldnt budge for anything, so I cut one and pried the other off after I ripped it in a few places....lol. Anyway, pics wil be posted later on in my webpage tomorrow. Take a look after 7 pm, I should have em up.
I ended up using the hole in the front of the pass head, and the hole in the rear driverside head for the lifting...They are a metric bolt, and they worked perfect. The motor is now on a milk crate waiting for the tear down! Thanks for the help and info to all those who lent their knowledge in answering my pestering questions...Next thread will be for the install and tuning!!! hahahaha...look out intercooled cars, there will e a couple sleeper hot airs on the road (steve)!
