Anyone have the EXACT dimensions of the license plate? I *think* it is 4X7...Also, where exactly are the holes?

I'll post some pics up when I get it. Ya, the 50cc's of 2-stroke fury will get a nice cosmetic upgrade. It will atleast distinguish it among the other 1000k scooters on campus.
