Moved turbo housing to match int

Unable to control boost now after the housing move?

I hit 20 PSI this morning (3KR) then let off the gas.

Which way should I move the adjustable wastegate?

lengthen rod for less boost.
You may want to start by lengthening the rod so that it slips over the w/g arm. See what that gives you, then shorten for more boost as needed.

I had very good control over the boost before I made the change.
