For those of us who don't have smog requirements, I found a unique way to solve the clearance issue with SFC's and the flex pipe. I'm moving the flex pipe to where the cat normally resides. This should give plenty of clearance for a 3" pipe to go along the SFC. I'll post some pics when I finish modding my THDP *gasp*

Heater hose on the SFC works well too.
I would say most of them are already sectioned from the late 90's early 2000's.
Im sure when Nick fabs up the new ones, they will be turnkey.

I've got rectangular SFC bars so they really intrude on the exhaust.

Here is my new downpipe!

Yeah, originally my THDP had a slip fit there. I'm guessing all TTA 3" downpipes are 2 piece? I couldn't get the slip fit to seal so I cut it and and put the V band there.

All the one's i have seen are two piece, and they are all a PINA to install though the ATR seems to be a bit easier.. like TTA/measap i used some thick rubber where it come close to the SFC.

My flex pipe was actually sitting UNDER the SFC so I had almost zero ground clearance. When I modded the pipe I tucked that section further in on the car so it would sit inside the SFC.
