Wow, they are doing a lot of upgrades there. They are talking about a divisional race for now, but I'm guessing they are wanting to get a national event there at some point. That would be great if they could make that happen. I would like to see a ADRL race there as well. So when was it announced they switched back to NHRA?

Well it has been known for a few years they wanted NHRA in new england & rather to loose it to NHMS deep pockets who was thinking about adding a strip at loudon.

So I think the majority of owners of NED worked out a deal to sell a block of ownership (I think). they have always since 1966 put the profits back into the track.

This one could score them the big PAYOUT & help New hampshire with its stupid 8% meals & Hotel tax. Fargin Ex-Mass hack politicians are moving up here to ruin us.

Yeah, I heard rumors about them wanting to go NHRA a few years ago as well. One was ESPN was going to give them some money to do more work so they could get a national event, ESPN I guess is out of CT and this was going to be their home track.
That is one thing with NED, ever since I have been going there they have always done upgrades in the off season. They have done a lot in the short time I have been going there, which is around 15 years.
Well with all the NH people working in MA, its only a matter of time before our great politicians went north. Good luck with them. :D
