Well after getting the car first was the normal spring cleaning as needed. It was mostly stock with only a tt 5.7 and 160 thermostat. I had a major oil leak that turned out to be an extruded seal around the oil return on the timing cover. That turned out to be a good learning curve by the way. Other than what seems to be a failing tensioner the car runs good. I am thinking of changing my springs out next to ls1's. I would also like to add that my PLX Wideband is not installed yet to assist with the TT 6.1.

The chip has no idea you didn't install the wideband. Without it hooked up, the A/F reads full rich, so the chip is pulling out max fuel (-10%). You need to turn off the wideband correction if you're going to run it like that. (see chip instructions)

Aside from that, it looks to me like your MAF is bad. It's reading too high at the low end, making you BLM's low, and it's not reading high enough at the top end, never hitting 255.

Regards,
Eric

Thanks for the response. Couldnt ask for a better one than my chip maker. :) Looks like its translator time then. Been trying to find a fire blanket so I can weld mine in. Someone welded in a a replacement pipe for the cat and I dont want to cut it. I will get that turned off before the next drive for sure. Will repost after the wideband or maf install. Chip fired right up and ran great buy the way.

Eric,I have been reading and trying to figure out how to cut it off with no luck. Sorry but I'm very new to this software. can you help me out?

Eric how did he get wideband correction with a 5.7 chip??

He has a 6.1 version. To turn the correction off, set the target air/fuel to 99 or 98 (9.8-9.9)
