My new 3.5 dp and 3.5 custom exhaust!

Here is some picts of my new 3.5 inch TA Performance stainless external wastegate downpipe and new 3.5 304 stainless exhaust a friend and I made/put together over the weeked. It wasnt cheap and it took some time but it really came out nice!

I used all Stainless Works mandrel bent plumbing and tubing and Magnaflow stainless muffler. The system has all tig welding done. We made our own stainless brackets which mount in all the stock locations the stock system originally did and all with rubber mating surfaces and our own downpipe mating plate. It is also mounted in front with the stock exhaust hanger. The system dismantles easy in 3 pieces and is band clamped in 2 places.

To say this system sounds awesome is an understatement. You can do pull up's on it and it barely flexes..lol Im trying to talk him into making several of these systems since no company is. Would anybody out there be interested in one?

Thanks guys! I will have to make a clip of it. As far as a price, I guess it will depend on how many would want one. Like I said it wasnt cheap. Just for one 90 degree bend in 3.5 was $54 bucks.

I've been asking various vendors for a long time to make a 3.5" single exhaust since the 3.5" DPs have become so common.

I wouldn't be able to afford stainless though so it would be cool if your buddy was willing to work with aluminized steel. I'd definitely be interested.

You and me both. I talked with Jason (RJC) before we broke down and made this and he said he cant get any shops to commit to a project like this like he had planned since November of last year. He has gone through 3 of them and is on his fourth shop. I do see why they agree and then pass...it looks like a fairly easy job till you get into it...then it turns to a PITA real quick when you get to the over the axle bends and keeping alot of equal clearance and the correct exit point.

As far as aluminized steel that maybe an option but Id have to do some reseach. It was hard enough to find a place that mandrel bent this stuff.

This gate is a 38mm Tial. It worked outstanding with my ATR 3 inch dp so I am expecting the same results with the TA 3.5 version. I also am running a GT70 turbo and using a Buschur Racing boost controller that works outstanding!

I will let him know the responce has been very positive and several are interested. Thanks for all the compliments guys.
