Well since buying the car last year, I put in a
5857 turbo -from stock
3" RJC- from stock
Stage1 200r-from slipping stock
Art Carr 9" 2800 Stall- From stock D5
Replacing all the ball joints, Bushings, new front tires and a few thousand dollars of other things
So After a few passes of 12.7 at 108 on only 15lbs, I decided to go a little into the motor to see if I can't get into the 11s. I scored a New Champion Intake, Champion fuel rails, and a GN1 72mm Throttle body for 650 and a Powerlogger, ECM and scanmaster for 280(yea I know ). I took a spare set of Iron heads to get ported and have bigger valves and double springs put in. I bought the 80lb injectors and a 6.1 Chip to replace my 5.7 and 42lb injectors Courtesy of Turbo Tweak. So I thought I would post some pics of my progress/install/results.
