just recieved my 10in 2800 stall L/U conv.Part #Ptc10-700-27LU S .82 P.S
The tech guy from PTC said i should tell my chip guy (TT Chip) to disable my PWM on L/U converter and not to have it lock up over 30% throttle. Im ready to send chip out so is that right for this converter so wondering what info i need to gather ??Im pretty sure Eric will work his magic!!

DFCO delay and Anti Stall.

I did not have these in my original chip and after my converter installation
my junk would stall during deceleration coming off a freeway or into my parking lot at work. It was super annoying. New chip has not missed a beat.

K, I have the same PTC 2800....what is PWM

And what is DFCO delay and anti stall...

Pwm is pulse width modulation, it is not used on buicks so no need to worry, it is a pulsed signal of a Pecentage on/off time to a solenoid for flow control.

DFCO= Is deceleration fuel cut off, and it is what is used by the stock chip to shut off the fuel on coast to save fuel but it only lasts a short time. Eric chips and FT chips you can delay this cut off to prevent stalls.

ANTI-stall is a feature in a chip that opens the IAC valve after you let your foot off the gas to bring the engine rpm down at a slower rate than stock.

The stock computer is more advanced than you think.

Thank you Norbert....In your opinion....running the above PTC converter would the DFCO and Anti-stall be recommended in a TT chip?
I run a TT chip, but just a street chip for now (runs great) I have plans of intalling an ALKY chip with 60 lb injectors. Still have the D5 in there for now.

If I've read Erics site correctly...antistall is a basic feature in his 5.6 chip.
