Looks like "north cuba" to me or maybe Cali somewhere?. Nice road too. That 240 is nasty..probably nothing special in that engine and it runs 9's..

I think it is somewhere in Cali. As far as the 240, I bet it is cheaper than many other builds and it hurts a lot of feelings on the street.
