Well the text is your "title" and can be changed by editing your profile under user cp. The pictures are called avatars and require 500 posts or 2 referals.

GO TO TOP AND CLICK USER CP THEN CLICK ON EDIT PROFILE SCROLL DOWN A LIL BIT AND YOU'LL SEE CUSTOM USER TEXT IN THERE IS WERE YOU GET THE SAYING UNDER THE NAME..

AS FAR AS THE PICTURE YOU NEED 500 POST OR REFER 2 PEOPLE TO THE BOARD AND HAVE THEM PUT IT ON THE REGISTARTION THAT YOU REFERED THEM BUT THEY DO HAVE TO POST ON HERE NOT JUST SIGN UP.
