Need a good CD head unit

I need a new Am Fm Cd radio for my Pro Street S-10 pickup.
For speakers it has 2 6x9 Sony 3 way speakers in the doors and a 8"Bazooka.It has a 4 channel 300 watt amp.
It has a Sony now that will only play on Cd.It will not work on am or fm.
What head unit do you think I should get?

Alpine, Pioneer and Eclipse all make very nice headunits, as well as other company's. If all your wanting is a radio to play am/fm and cd and be a good head, then the choices are nearly endless. If you go with the 3 brands I listed above, then you are going to end up with a nice head and not spend too much money and have a company that will back their products. You can buy online (via online retailers or ebay) but just make sure that where your buying it from will honor the factory warrenty. I know Pioneer does honor online sales, but I dont know about Alpine or Eclipse.

It will not work on am or fm.

Did you check your antenna connection. The fm and am tuner modules are seperate units. I would find it hard to beleive that both died at the same time.
