i saw your post in the wanted section. and i can tell you now that a pt61 or te63 will not come close to a mid-low 10 sec pass. you need at least a pt-67gtq or pt-70gtq to get there, and some 83# injectors, double pumper, and about a 3600 stall.and the list goes on, it's really more than you think once you start buying everything. any other questions?

A LARGE TURBO $1300
A LARGE INTERCOOLER (prefferably a front mount) $1000
A LARGE Fuel system (72 or 83# injectors included) $700
A LARGE STALL $700
VERY GOOD FLOWING HEADS Prefferably aftermarket (GN1s or TAs) $1600
A Stand alone Fuel management system. (F.A.S.T or BS3) $2000
A VERY STOUT transmission (prefferably a TH400) $1000
A good Swaybar (I use the H&R bar) $400
GOOD PISTONS $500
AT LEAST CENTER STEEL MAIN CAPS (prefferably a girdle) $300

This is just a few things required to reach your goal... and is by no means an exhaustive list. (probably not even close)

So including machine work, you are going to be spending over $10,000 to get you where you need to be.

This is of course assuming you do all the labor yourself.

I rounded all the prices... you may be able to buy some stuff cheaper.. and you may not need an intercooler since you have the V4 but trust me when I say it will run you alot of money.

I left out of stuff that you will probably also need like
dual fans,
heavy duty axels,
heavy duty rocker shafts
laptop
bigger intake pipe (for the bigger turbo)
IAC relocator
volt booster
drive shaft (for the th400)
transbrake
adjustable control arms.
etc
etc
etc

this list goes on.

and on a side note, the tranmission you have will not live in the low 10s. The people that run 200r4s that fast have spent in excess of $3,000 in the tranny rebuild, with as many billet parts as they can get their hands on.

it is a daunting task, I am almost done with it myself... it has been a long and expensive journey, but I would say it has been worth it.
