Heay guys I'm benchracing here. I'm trying to get some hp and trq numbers that my new combo MIGHT put down. Here's the list.

86' T-top GN @ 3700 lbs
109 block 20 over, decked, bored with torque plates
RJC girdle
stock crank 10/10
eagle rods stock length
weisco forged pistons floating pins
(Still working on cam selection) HELP need some direction!!!!
Ported reciever groved Irons
stock exhaust manifold and crossover
3" DP
Sparco intercooler 3" in 3" out (about twice the size of stock) 3" core bar and plate
gt6131E turbo
restalled D5 converter
Stock tranny (will work on that when motor is done)
Test pipe
ATR Exhaust system with a pair of Hooker Aeros
Walboro fuel pump with hotwire
60lbers with TurboTweak chip
Chrome MAF pipe with K&N 9" conical

I can't think of anything else right now. I know cam selection is going to be a big factor so I will listen to all advice on the subject. Working on a roller cam just not sure which one yet. Thanks in advance Jon Hanson

210 degrees at .050. You should expect 490hp and 610ft lbs at the wheels at 27psi. With more turbo (6776) and a little more cam (212-212) id say 565 and 675. All assuming about 9.0:1 compression and a good tune with the correct converter that doesnt slip too much up top. Make sure you have the exhaust manifolds welded around the ports so you can open them up to match the heads and be sure they line up with the ports or you will be sacrificing a lot of potential flow on the exhaust side. With the second combo i posted you will be running the 60's pretty hard and may need a little more. A double pumper or big external pump will be needed if you go with the second combo and run it to the limit.
