I seriously doubt every one of the 33 year old+ solder joints will survive a true boiling out. (that's if the EPA hasn't killed off the chemicals needed).
And f it does work, the 33+ year old solder joints on the fins will still be 100% thermally conducive. Basically, best case scenario will be a polished turd that won't outperform a $75 F-body unit.
