Need header panel for GN!

Looking for a header panel for my 84 GN. Local car show is in 3 weeks and Body shop is just now telling me I need one. He's
had it for 2 years, I asked if I needed to get one, he said no. Now I get phone call today saying he needs one.

How much do you want for it, and what conditon is it in? Send picture if you have any. If I get it I'll pay for shipping insurance in case it gets damaged.
