need help about turbine side choice

Hi !

I have a 10.90 target with my ng 87 "I think" a ta 62 will be enough !?!?!? I am ready to buy my turbo
The turbo guy up here give me 2 choices :

stock turbine wheel and housing but highly ported
for 500.00 $

or

t04 turbine in stock housing
for 1000.00 $

(the compressor side will be upgade to 62 wheel)

The turbo guy say I will have the same result
and fast spool for half of a price.......... (he say !)

please let me knock your comments
and / or advises

The stock turbine won't have enough torque to spin the 62 compressor. Why not just buy a complete 62 from one of the vendors?
