Need help bracket

WHERE DOES THIS BRACKET GO TOO I'M HAVING A HARD TIME TRYING TO FIGURING IT OUT PLEASE HELP EXPLAIN.

I think that's from the back of the alternator to the front exhaust manifold bolt.
