need help first swap

hello im new here hoping someone can help i have a 1981 limited buick regal with a 4.1 and i found a 3.8 turbo from a grand national was hoping someone can tell me what is all needed to do this thanks

First off/must have alot of patience.....factory engine harness for the 4.1l will be different than for a turbo motor.Get a new one from caspers electronics(very nice piece)and not cheap....hope this will start you off.
