Hey guys. I have a set of Enkei 92's 15"x8" that I want to run my 275/50 BFG Drag Radials on. Problem is the rims have 4.5" of backspacing and since these tires will be bulging over the rim I am gonna need a spacer.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what size I should get, what brand you recommend? Is there a way to measure what I need?

Hey Jeremy, Taylor had to use spacers, because he just put DRs on his GN. Give him a call, he got them at Jegs or Autozone.

It might work without spacers. 275's on a 7" rim w/ 4" BS works (stock 86/87 GN wheel). A 8" rim w/ 4.5" BS puts the tire in the same spot.

5/16" to 3/8" spacer should work fine. 5/16" is right at the limit of needing longer studs, 3/8" would need longer studs.

How long of a longer stud would I need? I suppose I can pick these up at Napa right?

Just a thought. There are guys like Moser, and others.

Who make studs, that are going to be used for racing.

Well hard duty. Might want to try them. Plus sure of more sizes.

Just a thought.....HTH'ed
