Need help quick please....!!!!

Was driving home just cruising easy when I got a pop and then felt like she was running on 4 cylinders. Got home and ohmed the coil pack. The center one ohmed out at about 23k ohms so I went and bought a coil pack, put it on and still is running on 4 cylinders. Checked for spark and am not getting any from the 1/4 tower, with either the new or the old coil pack. Checked the # 1 and # 4 plug wires on different cylinders and they are OK. Could the ignition module be bad? Any other things to check.

Please help quick, I need to get this fixed.

Yes, check the module. pull the wire harness out and spray with a can of electric parts cleaner. Check all the wire sheathing (not just at the pigtail) follow them down as far as you can. Maybe try to find someone in your area who owns one of those Casper's coil pack tester thingys. Very cool tester. Good luck.

Could crank or cam sensor cause this kind of problem?

Sounds like the ignition module is the most likely culprit.
