Going to send off my stock unit for calibration. I have the bezel, lens, and black surround off, but not sure how to get off the panel that holds the gas gauge which also covers the tach/boost gauge. The gas gauge needle is in the way.

Once all screws have been removed, It pulls straight out from the back larger piece. The gas gauge needle will come out with smaller panel and does not need to be removed.

okay thank you. I'll giver the ole' heave-ho tonite when i get home. Just didn't want to damage something.

Yep, it came right out. It was being held by the tension of the gas gauge connections.

Christ on a cracker this is kicking my ass ! Cannot reach the connector for the life of me. Hell, i cannot even see it. It cannot be reached from under the dash, and after taking the cluster out (on advise from John @ Caspers) that doesn't help either. The only thing i can think to do at this time is start removing shit from under the dash to somehow give me a line of sight or be able to reach the connector. I think i could have pulled the friggin' engine in less time than i've spend dicking with this dumb goddammed electronic gauge.

Any help ? Suggestions ?

drop the lower panel under the column
take out the 8-10 screws that hold the soft outer surround and slide that off

Just a word of advice if you like the green and yellow look of the leds on your tach/boost gauge be sure to specify that's what you want back when you send yours in for calibration because when I sent mine in I asked for a swap because I didn't want to wait for them to calibrate mine and I got one back with all red leds. Works great but just gives non stock original look if that's what you want??

Oh man, thank you for that ! I'd be pissed if i went thru all this just for the sake of making things "correct" only to install something NOT CORRECT. I'll be calling them in the morning as i already sent in an order for one.

Already done that, and been there. Hasn't helped. .............neeeext

I WIN ! :p So to draw this battle to a close, i figure i'll post here where i found the connector so no one else has to go thru this. The connector was no where near where anyone told me to find it.

The connector for the tach/boost gauge is behind the HVAC control. Pull that, and you'll see it. Here's a couple pics of where i'm at, and where it's located.

In the above picture, it is the white and black connector in the upper left corner of the picture. I tried several times to upload a pic with this circled in red, but the site would not upload that modified picture. Had some issue with the file even though it was still a jpg.

Glad you found it and shared! Will be doing the same to my clone, as soon as I get it running right!

There was a crash some time back and all pictures were lost. It is not just you, 2015 definitely falls into the lost era
