Need Help! stalls at idle unless.....

car just had turbo replaced because seal was blown, now car stalls at idle almost instantly (and back fires a bit) unless I start it with the hose o the EGR and the MAF unhooked? If I plug the MAF in while its idling it stalls....seems to be runing rich too....no scan master....any thoughts?

Maf in backwards? Air leak AFTER MAF?

should the wire be facing inward or out? (its facing out)

The arrow that says "FLOW" should be pointing to the turbo.
