Need help starting small buisness

I am attempting to start a small buisness (candy vending machines) and am wanting to know anything you guys can tell me about starting a buisness, i could use help with a name. (doesnt have to be perfect, but something catchy would be nice) How do i go about doing taxes? really just anything you guys can tell me as i know that we have some buisness owners in our Buick Community, if any could help me out it would be fantastic!!!!

find good a tax attorney they cost more but magically find stuff to write off your ordinary cpa has no knowledge.
