C carlsbadGN Member Joined Aug 31, 2004 Oct 23, 2007 #2 Here is what I did to pass Kali emissions the last time: http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/smog-tech-emissions-tech/193742-california-smog-test.html Don't forget to re-install the original PS valve cover breather if it has been replaced. And yes, use the TT emissions chip if possible.
