need help tonight tomorrow

I have gone over everything and it must be the maf is bad. Scan master reads only 110-220 up to 50mph so times less. I jump on it and the boost just creeps up very s l o w l y. Does anyone in the NJ area have a maf for cheap that I could pick up before 5 when I am going to the track (Atco) to race my riends 10.7 tubbed camero. Can not race unless I fix this problem.

If you can email me or call me after 10am tomorrow Thrusday 8/15/02 if you can meet me at Atco or if you have one for me to pick up before 5pm.

cancel the bet...........you got more probs than a maf

just unplug it and the car will run in batch fire mode......shouldn't affect your boost.....

Might be time to get a LT1/LS1 MAF from www.ramchargers.com with the Translator + and Extender chip like Rick Jensen @ GMHTP did (this months issue of GMHTP has a good article on it) or you could get the MaxEffort from Steve Yanklin and run MAFless.... just a thought

I work every night of the week, but if you want to meet up (on the weekend) I would be more then happy to pull the MAF off my car so you can do a few WOT blasts...If that fixes the problem then you know what you need....If it dosen't you need to trouble shoot.

Please just reply with what you would like to do...I am in Cherry Hill.....15 mins from Atco.

That doesn't sound like a bad MAFs. More like the wastegate puck is stuck open, or something.
What's the MAF reading at idle, @5?
