I have power at the low pressure switch on the receiver but the compressor doesnt go on. I jumped it and still nothing. I ran power to the compressor and it goes on and the system is full. My question is, is there a straight wire from the low pressure switch to the compressor or is there something else in the line that im not realizing? do i just trace that wire from the low press switch toward the compressor and look for a break or is something else tied into that wire between them that I should check? thanks for any help

Assuming a C60 manual control system....

IF you have enough pressure and the cycling switch is closed on the accumulator tank over near the antenna area, the light blue wire should be at +12 with the A/C on.

Next check the ECM/SOL fuse to be good.

Now go find the A/C relay on the passenger side fenderwell area.

Should have the following colors on it, light blue wire from the A/C cycling switch which should measure +12 still, a pink/black wire which should have +12 on it with key on from the ECM/SOL fuse, a yellow wire also which should be grounded by the ECM when A/C is called for which keeps the relay on until WOT then the ECM shuts it off.

The dark green wire out of that relay should have +12 on it that powers the compressor clutch and goes to the compressor connector with two wires and the diode in it.

A/C cutout relay is what you are looking for next, it just passes the light blue power onto the dark green wire UNLESS you are at WOT then the ECM kills the A/C.

Ground the yellow wire on the relay through a toggle switch, about 1 amp. current tops will be needed, most any toggle switch will do.

Then when you think you will be going WOT throw the switch, assuming you have the A/C on, and it will kill it for added hight speed performance.
:p

IM PRETTY SURE I CAN GET A WOT WIRE OFF THE DFI, HOPEFULLY I CAN FIGURE IT OUT AND MAKE IT WORK RIGHT. I JUST RAN A WIRE FOR NOW FROM THE LOW PSI SWITCH TO COMPRESSOR AND IT WORKS FOR NOW BUT IM GONNA MAKE IT WORK CORRECTLY ONCE I LOOK AT THE SCHEMATIC,THANKS
