Need help with belt

I just got a new belt for the a/c comp. and i can't get it on. I unbolt the bolt on top and try to push it down but it didn't move. Is there any other bolts or is there something i am missing

Try this

Loosen the following 2 bolts as well ;
1 - 17mm bolt below the AC compressor
2 - 15mm bolt that is the hinge for the alternator

yup 2 bolts. she will move where there lose. if it dones move there is still a bolt holding it in place
