Need help with front frame brace

Hello, I recently won the front frame brace that Kirban offers off of Ebay. My problem is that the Brace doesn't fit due to my front mount intercooler pipes. I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem, or just had a bright idea. I really don't want to spend 60 dollars on something that won't fit on my car.

Are you talking about the crossbrace? Or the V braces?

Doubt you can modify the crossbrace for clearance but perhaps the V braces can be tweaked.

If there is going to be serious interference I'd put it back up on ebay.

I like that brace the best it did the most for my cars.

However I doubt it can be clearanced much if there's lots of interference, and still work well.

I'd need to see a picture...

But since you obviously don't have the factory intercooler, can you use the cross brace from a Grand Prix? They had one, mounted same location, but doesn't bend as far down. The Kirban one is deeper to clear the stock intercooler.
