Need help with starting problem.

Ok, checked grounds they were good. regulater is #237 but only allows 40psi max and that is after the car is off. It runs at 38-39psi.The pressure dropped to 18psi from 40 in a 24hr period.Any thoughts? Thanks.

At this point, I guess I'll have to wait until spring when I can drive the car to try and pinpoint the problem. I can't say why but it happens so infrequently now it is tough to get a handle on.Thanks for the help to this point.
