Need help with throttle cable

Where does the short throttle cable go to. I have the one from the trans to throttle body and the one form the gas peddle to the throttle body hooked up. I took a lot of pics when I disassembled ever

To the trans connects to the top and the throttle linkage goes to the bottom

It's the one in the picture on my floor is the one I can't figure out. I have the top to the trans and the bottom to the peddle just as you said.

That's how they go bud look up how to adjust your TV cable and you should be good to go

Ok that makes sense. I haven't gotten that far. I'm trying to get as much of the wireing and plumbing done before I put the front end back on. Thank you for your help.
