adjusting my Hurst pistol grip quarter stick schifter.
im running a Bowtie overdrives levelIII tr2004r trans in a 68 firebird witch is build for endurance street raceing(cannonball stile) and ocasional drag raceing. when i put the shifter in first gear you hear this click like your cocking a gun. Then when i acselerate and i push the shifter ecstreamly soft forward about 1 mm it shifts into second gear .
But if i whant to shift into 3e gear i need to pull the leaver and push the pistol grip forward , and sometimes miss 3e gear and end up in 4e gear. as it travels forward freely. so i dont feel if im in 3e ore 4e.. very annoing.. please vorgive my spelling in dutch and dislectic David
