Need help-Won't start ??????

Finally got the motor in and everything bolted up & wiring ran. I tried to start it and it seemed to fire a couple of times but wouldn't run. Kind of seemed to fight itself. I set the cam sensor according to gnttype.org but its not real clear on the instrustions. When adjusting the window does the car need to be @ TDCC or on the 1.45" mark ATDC. How do I test my coil pack & is there anything else I need to check. TPS is set @ .40 on bottom but the upper side is a little off but I thought it would still start.

Fuel

Also, my fuel pressure never shot over 30 psi with vaccume hose attached, according to the guage. Figured this was enough to get it started, but should I crank it on up??
