Need help.

I just replaced the ECM on my 86 gn, since it din't start anymore because the old one had a short and the fuse burnt and the car was unable to start.


Now, the car starts and it idles at 3000 rpm, then goes to 1800 rpm and then 1 minute atleast the engine struggles and dies slowly then stalls.. anyone know what's wrong? i press on the gas, and it goes up in rpm from 1800 to 4000 then struggles then lowers in rpm and stalls.

Did you put the cal pak and eprom from the old ecm in the new one?

Yeah, putted both of them back in the new one.
