E4340 STEEL BILLET SHAFT FORWARD DRUM #24RCC/BFD $419.00

This drum is a must for high powered vehicles using the GM2004R transmission. This custom drum assembly eliminates shaft breakage common with any 2004R transmission installed behind engines producing over 300 foot pounds of torque. The factory shaft is removed from the clutch drum and replaced with a new heat treated E4340 steel billet shaft.

E4340 STEEL BILLET INPUT SHAFT #24RCC/BIS $289.00

This custom shaft eliminates shaft breakage common with any 2004R installed behind engines producing over 400 foot pounds of torque. This shaft is in house CNC machined and features solid teflon sealing rings and revised oil circuitry to improve performance and strength.

E4340 STEEL BILLET OVERDRIVE CARRIER #24RCC/BOC $269.00

This custom carrier assembly eliminates spline and fatigue failures common with any 2004R transmission installed behind engines producing over 400 foot pounds of torque. The factory splines are removed and replaced with our in house CNC machined E4340 steel billet flange.

E4340 STEEL BILLET OVERDRIVE RING GEAR #24RCC/BRG $179.00

This custom ring gear assembly eliminates spline and fatigue failure common with 2004R transmissions installed behind engines producing over 400 foot pounds of torque. The factory flange and broach is removed and replaced with our in house CNC machined E4340 steel billet flange.

E4340 STEEL BILLET OUTPUT SHAFT #24RCC/BOS $399.00

This custom shaft eliminates shaft breakage and fatigue failures common with 2004R transmissions installed behind engines producing over 800 foot pounds of torque. This shaft is in house CNC machined from premium E4340 steel billet material.

HEAT TREAT PUMP STATOR TUBE #24RCC/PST $34.99

This treated replacement stator tube eliminates spline and fatigue failure common with all 2004R transmissions. It should be considered a must on all rebuilds.

HEAT TREATED SUN GEAR SHELL #24RCC/SGS $34.99
This heat treated replacement sun gear shell eliminates spline and fatigue failures common with all 2004R transmissions. It should be considered a must on all rebuilds.

ROLLERIZED REAR INTERNAL GEAR #24RCC/RRP $39.99

The factory thrust washer installed between the rear internal gear and rear carrier lacks durability and thrust surface area. This precision machined internal gear is outfitted with a roller bearing assembly that replaces the thrust washer. This bearing reduces internal friction and horsepower loss created and consumed during normal internal component rotation. It also increases the thrust surface area between rotating components. There is no core core charge on this part

ROLLERIZED LO REVERSE CLUTCH HOUSING #24RCC/RLCH $39.99

The factory thrust washer installed between the lo reverse clutch housing and input drum lacks durability and thrust surface area. This precision machined clutch housing is outfitted with a roller bearing assembly that replaces the thrust washer. This bearing reduces internal friction and horsepower loss created and consumed during normal internal component rotation. It also increases the thrust surface area between rotating components. There is no core core charge on this part

ROLLERIZED CENTER SUPPORT AND DRUM #24RCC/RCSD $149.99

The factory thrust washers installed between the center support and direct clutch drum, and the center support and overdrive internal gear lack durability and thrust surface area. This precision machined center support and clutch housing package is outfitted with roller bearing assemblies that replace the thrust washers. These bearings reduces internal friction and horsepower loss created and consumed during normal internal component rotation. It also increases the thrust surface area between rotating components. There is no core core charge on this part.

hmmmmm I had heard this conversation before  Bruces parts FIT !!!! thats my .02's  Melissa has a little over 9000 miles on her tranny since september and its still goin strong

Its seems he has very nice stuff.. damn 9000 miles? She really is driving her car!

Grumpy are you saying that Chris's parts don't fit:biggrin: I'm no expert, but they both seem to offer very similar stuff.

Both of them Im sure make quality stuff.. but either way its damn expensive to build a 200.... when a 400 is twice as stong!

I mean will the 200 hold up to a 3600+lb car leaving off the brake without shattering.. I know some people have done it but at $3500 is it worth it?

steve although the parts may appear similar there are several differences.first things to compare are the drums .ours do not require the use of a special center support.also the splines on our drum are the exact opposite of what the inside of the ring gear broach is.heat treat on the splines is tough enough but not too tough to where it will destroy a stock ring gear.our way of attaching the drum to the shaft is different as well.and finally we fully machine the shaft and drum in house on the latest HAAS CNC maching centers and weld them together. This ensures quality as well as lower pricing.the same goes for the the ring gear, carrier and input shaft.the profiling and splines on the shaft are different as well.once again all is done in house on haas cnc equiptment.im certain his parts get the job done just at a higher cost because he doesnt have an in house machine shop.as far as fitment issues we dont have them, and if there is a problem we do and will take care of it.

Plus you are from my old hometown.. well Im from Niagara Falls:biggrin:

All the good places are up North:(

It sucks up north. Especially NE. Hot and humid summers and freezing your a$$ off cold wet winters. Fwiw i just threw a decent amount of torque through CK's input, OD planet, ring gear, and forward drum on the dyno. Check my thread in the general tech section. I will give out the numbers in a few days. Many street thrashings also. I will have dragstrip feedback in a few months.
