I was thinking about going with a rear disc brake kit. Anbody have any recomendations. Car weighs 3600#s 8.5" rear with moser axles and c-clip elimanators. Mainly a track car but will see some street use. I still run the power master. Will the master cylinder be an issue? Is there a residual pressure valve in the stock master for the rear drums or is it in the combo valve? I'm assuming the combo valve should be thrown away and use an adjustable proprtioning valve. Thanks

Steve,
I run the Aerosapce brakes in the rear only with stockers up front. As you I have Mosers with C clip elims, Stock powermaster. The factory prop valve has been removed and replaced with a adjustable piece.

It was a great improvement from the stockers , especially when a
bit of brake bias was moved to the rear.

Thanks Louie. Where did you buy the brakes from? Did you have to do any machine work or was it a bolt on kit? My car did 145 mph thursday. I almost put it in the sand pit at the end of the track.

I think you would get more gain doing the 12" disc brake upgrade in the front first - I absolutely love the way it drives and stops.
