last night i had a little incident involving my car and a row of newly planted trees. i ended up going over a 6" curb bending the spindle and then plowed over 3 trees.

the damage is pretty bad, bent spindle (easly fixable) messed up hood (need a new one) broken bumper filler, header panel, fender. broke a rim, litteraly i broke a 5" piece off. poped a tire, the list goes on... the deck lid has some dents, it riped up my vinal roof (i hated it anyways) and worst of all it put some very big dents on the top of the roof where the windshield meets the roof. A new paint job is definatly needed.

so i'm left with 3 choices:

1. fix the car, it will end up better than it was, just because i'm too much of a perfectionist, the down side is it will cost a ton of $, that i dont' have

2. pull the engine and tranny and put it in something else, like an older camero or i'd really like to do a vega just as a track car, and get an old beater to drive. then i'd part out whats left in my car.

3. i don't like this idea much but i could part out my car completely and buy another gn with the money i make from parting it out.

what would you guys do?

Unless the car is rusty or something, fix it. If it's got cancer or other major problems, build a HYBRID!

thats what i'm thinking. it financially doesn't make sence to put it back together but i'm going to do it anyways. hoping for a very nice looking (and running) car by the time i'm done!
