Need to know how to check crank sensor

I understand about the voltage readings just need to know where to plug voltmeter to-which wire? Thanks Also see my post below on no start, help please

plug the sensor in. Probe the middle wire with the positive lead and the black wire with the negative. If its digital, rotate the engine by hand and watch to see if the voltage changes. If is analog, you can probably have someone crank it. Ill check out your no-start too I've gotten sorta good with them. If I missed something here make sure to ask and ill try to clarify
