If you do some Meth or Crack for 45 days straight you prob. will make if not exceed your goals ..................That or start running hardcore and watch what you eat closely and you might pull it off .

There are 2 simple rules for weight loss.

1. Exercise more

2. Eat less

Works every time.:D

I lost 30 lbs. in 30 days once when I was 16. I started jogging, ate smaller portions and ate more early in the day....try and avoid eating later in the day. I wouldn't recommend trying 'Stacker' or any of that crap because that stuff had no gain for me.....but had me sweating at 45 degrees!

Then I'd pop on the p1ss test..................:D

If you go COMPLETELY off the carbs, (and I mean NO carbs, forget that "net carb" crap, NO CARBS OF ANY KIND), you'll probably lose 15 pounds the first 2 weeks...but after the first 15 pounds, the rest are a pain to lose....
;)

I had to suck weight to join The Nav and I did it probably the unhealthiest way possible. I ran my ass off like I was carrying a stolen TV and I followed this diet.

DAY ONE
Morning 8oz Orange Juice
Lunch 20oz Water
Dinner 20oz Water

DAY TWO
Morning 8oz OJ
Lunch 20oz Water
Dinner 2 Cups White Rice and 20oz Water

Keep this up as long as you can, alternatinq days. When you can't stand it anymore or are just too weak, switch to a no carb diet for two days and start again.

This diet sucks, but you'll lose the weight. You're gonna feel like walking dead, tho.

I lost 35 lbs in 30 days this way (biggest mistake of my life FTN)

Your goal is possible without starving yourself. I can average a pound a day right now and I'm not even overweight. I went to the grocery store, found some bread that only had 30 calories, 7 carbs, and .5 grams of fat per slice and it tastes good. You can find lunch meat like turkey that has almost no fat, no carbs, and ~20 calories. Sometimes I put mustard, sometimes not. I got used to this the first day. It doesn't taste bad and is filling.

No carbs will get you to your goal but it's not possible for me. Cardio will be extremely hard to do and you'll probably be lightheaded and lazy all day. I prefer to do low calories, low carbs, and low fat together but not extreme on anything. Do an hour of cardio a day with a good diet and a pound a day is not that hard. The important thing is to be consistant and not binge or drink on weekends. A 12 pack of beer will set you back a few days.

Finally, take off water weight before you weigh. At 215lbs, I know I have 17 pounds of water I can get rid of in 24 hours. Take water pills a day in advance and don't eat anything the day before and you'll drop a ton of weight in the last two days. A laxative is not a bad idea in the last 24 hours either :) .

From the time I start to drop weight, nothing changes for at least three days so don't get discouraged if you don't notice right away.

No, actually they are the same, HOWEVER, I have been on LIMITED duty for 18 months because these bone heads (navy Docs) could not figure out what they wanted to do with me as far as treatment. I was not allowed to do ANY high impact stuff and I was told not to lift more than 5 lbs. I was like to hell with it cause I hate the stainary bike and I was put in a shop sup position with 200 pieces of equipment and being the only in the shop MOST of the time, I had no tiem for PT anyway. Well, in that same time frame, 12 months ago, I quit smoking and started eating and snacking alot. I havent gotten off limited duty yet but only because the doc hasnt signed off my paperwork yet. I decided I am tired of being a mechanic in the Navy and opted to do an interservice transfer to the Army infantry and go back to Iraq or Afghanistan, again. For this, I must meet the Height Weight requirement and Im putting in the paperwork in 45 days. I also dont think the excess weight would be a great advatage to me there. I need to be no more than 211 lbs by then.

two words: Xenadrine EFX. 1st time i tried it i lost like 10 lbs in a week or 2 or some craziness like that. im down a total of 20-25 lbs so far and i workout off and on a lot and run a lot but off and on. its a metabloism enhancer and i was leery of it at first but after reading the studies they did i determined it was ok. i think you can get non-caffeine version also but i dont think it works as good. 2 pills (reg dose taken twice daily) is about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. take when you wake up and at midday as per instructions. i try to schedule when i take it so it kicks in right when i am going running.

good luck

wt lose

1st remember the body adjust to you activity take in alot body stores excess as body fat 2nd when body is starved it gos in to protective mode meaning you starve your self and your body will store everything it get in excess of bare useage as body fat

went to recruiter school 6'3 195 body fat 19 % to grad had to be less than 16% 7wk went from 38 waist to 33 neck 16 to 15 body fat to 11%

reduce caffine in take by half if you drink sode non caff diet
perfer root beer no suger no caff can drink green tea reduce coffee in take caffine slows matabolisem smoking slows matab also lost 30 lbs in seven weak ovall 20 lbs body fat ways less than mucsal so you have to lose excess fat aand convert to mucsal this will also change you body fat and ht wt factors

Starvation is the worst thing you can do as your body will go into hibernation mode and you'll be buring off muscle instead of fat...not to mention your matabalism will slow down to the point you won't have enough energy to take a piss. Eat 1/2 smaller portions more often and not within 6 hours of going to sleep. Cut the carbs down to 40 grams a day, and exercise with at least 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training alternating heavy weight/low reps one week, light weight/high reps the second....drink PLENTY of water...water in is water out. Good luck!

When I got out of the Army(and I was lazy at the end) I was 137lbs. with about 8% bf. I'm only 5'6" but it should work for you too. Drink 1 8.oz glass of water before your meals, limit your meals to 200 calories(yeah I know it sucks). The average body needs 2500 to sustain itself. Stay away from proteins they are bu8ilding blocks for muscle which is not good. eat small meals 6 times a day instead of 3. No in between meal snacking either, chew on some ice or something. Light exercise about 25 minutes after you eat will jump start your motabolism.

Run in the morning and evening. Here's the tricky part. Do not do any weight work even your own body weight. Since your over your max weight for your height turning your fat to muscle will only make it worse. Muscle weighs more than fat so jhust because you got into shape it's easy to stay the same weight or even weigh more than you do now. Running is the only way to get it off. Run as much as you can stand, an exercise bike is good too, wear a bunch of sweats to sweat it off. Remember to take in water to rehydrate yourself. You shouldn't have a problem following this and getting to your goal.
