need to replace my stock turbo

I just had my engine rebuilt pretty much stock except the cam slight upgrade. the old motor spun a timing chain so i dont want to use the turbo that was on the engine (due to metal fragments ?) I'm okay with a stock turbo, need to know where the best place to get a center section replacement. or what other options due i have. any help would be great
