I purchased a liquid intercooler from him, which was damaged during shipping and UPS won't pay me, they will pay him and then its out of UPS's hands, they tell me that if I don't get the money from him, they can't do much about it. I have tried to contact him 4 times by PMs, left two messages on his phone, and tried to directly e-mail him. Can anyone give me some insight?
