TurboIndian went 9.93 @ 133+ mph today at Reynolds with his '67 Firebird turbo V6 transplant car.

V6 Beast aka Sully went 10.02 @ 133+ mph with his TSM car earlier today as well. They're waiting for the weather to cool down as the sun drops and are looking for a 9-sec pass this evening. Could this be the next '109 in the 9's??

CONGRATS STEVE & STEVE!!

Unfortunately today he left the bottom half of the motor all over the track. But... That motor has been running low 10's for multiple years and had a bunch of passes on it. The word via Nextel is that it is some of the worst carnage seen via a '109 block!!

I can't wait to see it and/or the photos!!

I can't wait to see the carnage from the inside of the engine. you could literally see all the way through the back of the block and see the ground. I would say it was the worst 109 grenade I have ever seen..

It was bad!

I saw it too...was nasty! I helped push it on the trailer. Took some of tranny bellhousing too. :(
