FWIW & IMHO:
My guess is that they may not always be as available or accessible as they are today, and I would also guess that when Standard Mrf. runs another mfg lot of these, they won't be available for this low of a price. Time will tell. Also as more and more people buy these and stockpile them, the window of opportunity for Standard Mfg to distribute them and the distributors and retailers grows smaller due to lessening of the available market to buy them.
I would guess that we mayy never see them again at this retail price, $ 50-60 range).

STOP CALLING! LOL I just called them and they had 2 dozen calls this morning on them. I bet they will jack the price up thru the roof soon as they see the demand is high. IF they are selling them for 45 bucks you can bet they are making money so why not make allot more as the people who are buying them and flipping them on eBay. He said they keep ordering them but get them in drips and drabs. But he said the phone is ringing off the hook for PC16. When I asked him about it he laffed. I just want one to put on the shelf in case one of mine takes a crap! So stop buying them all up and let someone esle get one! shesh!

I BOUGHT 2 PC 16 STANDARD SENSORS FROM THE PARTS STORE MY FRIENDS SHOP USES, AND COST ME $48 EACH FOR COMPLETE SENSOR. ONE IS IN MY MOTOR, AND ONE WILL STAY ON MY SHELF, BUT AFTER READING THIS THREAD, I CHECKED, AND THEY ARE ON NATIONAL BACK ORDER. APPARENTLT THEY ARE GM SENSORS THAT ARE BOXED IN STANDARDS. AND AS WE ALL NOW, GM IS ON BACK ORDER!!!!!!!!
