After reviewing some cars this weekend I have to admit the new camaro v6 is growing on me. 2011 6 speed auto 20/10 mpg. It's not the top of the line model because I don't want a $50,000.00 car. I've had 6 solid years out of a pontiac grand prix with 3800 series II v6 with wrong wheel drive. Time to upgrade. I've rode in the new mustang and camaro and like the way the camaro feels. The mustang is not for me even though it's much better looking. I like the fact I can get decent power, rear wheel drive, & good fuel economy. Ideas, thoughts, experiences????

It's also a great platform if you wanted to go with a pro charger or turbo on it. Amazing amount of base line hp compared to our cars. Should not be a problem getting upawards of 400-450 hp with a moderate boost.

I'm actually only wanting to buy it and leave it alone but I agree with what you're saying. The fact that it runs that good and like I said previously I had been totally anti cowmaro until I went to the stealer-ship today and checked them out. While the high power Callaway cars and z cars are the ish for what I need and for what this car does I think it's a winner. The ride and handling was very impressive. This and being able to retire the wrong wheel drive high mileage daily and replace it with a rwd 312 hp v6 with good fuel economy seems like a win win situation for me.
