New Downpipe Clearance

As far as clearances the mounting holes are 3/8" in diameter & for arguments sake the bolts are 5/16".This will allow about 3/4" movement at the end of the pipe.In other words with the 4 flange bolts mounted almost snug you can move the pipe up or down before it is bolted tight for final clearance adjustment.
This is great information Braian

Another example of a great vendor that stands by his product

I had a slight fit problem with mine but it was due to another product. Bolted up no problem. Just took a little adjusting, as there was room for adjustment!

Here is a pic in post #2 Downpipe
I can tell you one thing for sure though, if you have a problem Brian will give it 100% to make you happy!

Sucks because you don't want to modify a stock shield? Or sucks because of the work involved? If it is the latter, it took me all of five minutes to do it. Measured once, cut once, wham, boom, bam.

I don't want to cut the stock one. I made my own 3" DP 7 years ago and it fits fine under it I dont' see why someone hasn't done it also..
