New drag race track!!!

LOL, got ya...I was day dreaming of winning the lottery and building a track near myself.

How much land would it take and what do you think it would cost for a state of the art 1/4mi track?

I would think the track surface would be pricey but I think the Insurance would be the most >> LOL, this is just a fun thought/dream but if anyone has some info let me know. never know, just take the correct six numbers to make it happen...;-)

ask Brutin Smith, he is building the best NHRA track in the world here in Charlotte.
someday I am going to buy about 75+ acres & build my own 1/8 mile track / driveway.

I gotta move..to expensive here. I was watching one of the hot rad shows a couple weekends ago and some old timer has a track on his property, looks very lo tech, BUT, he has one!! It's a fun dream, great retirement idea..LOL
