So is the whole setup the same depth as stock? My front mount ic up pipe is super close to the stock fan now.

Shroud to fan motor is 4.75"

Stock is 3.875"

The stock fan does not sit flush to the radiator, if this shroud sits flush there would only be about 3/8" difference

Another thing to consider is that the motors are offset so they should straddle the up pipe

True that's why I'm including two shrouds...offset and in-line.
