Yeah I tried the instructions and the same results. I don't want to try a new MAF setup cuz I know this will work great when all the bugs are out plus I just put a bunch of money in this one.

Larrym, What is a integral sensor??? What does it do if you don't mind me asking

It's the mega MAF Z06 in the 4 inch pipe. Try running a wire to the power the gen 2 off the fuse block not the ecu harness.

that chip number is missing a digit (injector size), it is also an antitheft chip, so make sure you have the instruction sheet for that.

the displacement does not affect the fueling, it is involved in calculating the "load" value which is used to determine whether to use the low, mid, high tuning ranges.

the logging cable is DB9 female on each end, and is wired "straight through", most double female cables are "crossover"

Yeah I have the instruction sheet for the thank goodness and the p/n sheet and it says the injectors are 60s. Which I only have 42s.

Ok so I need to get a db9 cable and is there a website to download the update at? If its easier to call me and talk pm me ur number.

Ok I'll try to find the wiring diagram and make the changes. I'll try anything to make it work like it should.

Could the extender chip be used and the main scale adjusted on the gen2 to work for the 42s add 25% + or -

you could likely get it to run decently. those injectors are similar in their response times.

moving the power source will likely not change things.

the logging cable is carried by Full Throttle and TurboTweak.

the files required to update the unit are attached.

I hear of guys using the gen2 for e85 and pump gas and adjusting gen2 to compensate for the difference in volume. E85 requires more fuel than pump gas.

Awesome thanks for the files. I have a db9 cable that ill connect and update the gen-2 before Ill try changing chips.

Update- I called full throttle and I'm going to send in the gen 2 to have it updated and the extender chip tuned for the car. Will update u when I get them back.

Update- well got the chip and gen 2 back from being updated. Took the car out for a drive and acts like it's not getting enough fuel in low rpm.

I went to subway with car working great. Came out and fuel pump wouldn't work alone with the gen 2. They both act like there is no power to them. Is this a connected fault or is it 2 separate issues.

blown fuse? what does the check-engine light do at key-on?

Found wire that rubbed against a metal bracket and wasn't a complete circuit. Thanks for the help though. Still find the problem about not getting my power logger to open the port. Any ideas?
