What's up everyone. Got a 2000 Regal GSE and i'm looking to learn about this thing so i can begin to mod it a bit. Also got a stage 2 NSRT4 w/ bolt-ons and would like it if the Regal could keep up w/ it. Not entirely sure how to approch this car though. I don't know much about it so I'm open to sugestions and things to watch for wile modding the buick.

welcome ! there is a 3800 supercharged section on this forum which will be helpful to you.

there is also a local 3800 forum that you should join to get connected locally both to knowledge base and deals on mods from people going to the next step up - lots of durable bolt ons that you should never consider buying new until you have given up finding them used. several RI members on there and 2 very knowledgeable members on thne border in attleboro ( both with 12 sec cars , one working on a car that should go low 11's or better right now) New England Pontiac Enthusiast Club :: Index

then there is the regal gs specific forum which i am a moderator on redirect

as far as keeping up with your srt you will like the modability of these cars. Much like the srt4's what you put into it will will equal what you get out.

et drop for dollars spent I think you will find you get further with the regal. HP increase on a dyno I know those srt4 are pretty easy to get great numbers out of , but at the track they seem harder to hook than the regals but all in all 2 great cars to mod !

I am working on a black 00gse for the spring that should be flirting with roll bar territory and trapping 120's

you are welcome.

as far as where to start with mods always do exhaust mods first and have a scanner or preferably a tuner before dropping pulleys - these sc's with no intercoolers put out some heat if you spin the sc faster without the exhaust in place to let it out

if you have a budget to start with or goals for the car I could guide you towards some proven setups

Hey new guy there is a guy that is from Maine that races newer regals at NED. You should hook up with him.
