Going by Chilton buick century/regal 75-87 repair manual, IDK the turbovin one sure its the most HP, anway
VIN bore xstroke compresson oil psi at 2400
C 2bbl 110hp@4000 175Tq@2000 3.800 x 3.400 8.0.1 37
H 2bbl 145hp@3200 270tq@2000 3.800 x 3.850 8.1.1 37
J 4bbl 165hp@3800 260Tq@2200 3.8.00 x 3.850 8.0.1 37
yeah i would say about 20-30hp so 165+30= 195
how much power does that cam say it adds??
Not bad at all for a carb n no intercooler. Maybe 40-45hp with the cam n mufflers but i have to see what comp says it adds. yeah most people want big HP gains but its really 10hp free up here, 15hp gain here 5 hp there it all adds up. But exhaust and intake is the way to go, don't forget about fuel no fuel no power
IF i had that car i would
1) Get cold air intake. since its a 4bbl you could the fresh/ram air kit they sell
2) Exhaust cutout manual or electric
3) drop the flowmaster get turbo mufflers ex aero chamber, dynomax turbos, or no mufflers.
i use a dynomax(walker) 4) hi flow cat from summit.
you could 4 1/2 hollow out your cat for more power without using the exhaust cutout.
5 )Run 93 and up with lucas fuel treatment and if you really want to feel power add lucas octane booster  but only use those additives when you race or if you can afford it all the time.
6) before all the rest, if you have a manual fuel pump go electric or get more fuel going.
7) oh and if your have a clutch fan go electric easy mod saves gas, frees up more power at all RPMS no drag from clutch fan.
